Great product, just as nice as the more expensive ones, I never had a screw in top, so I was nervous it would leak, but it never has. You get two books, that stay on the bottle. Just fill it up. Screw in the hose. Clamp off before flipping it over, and hang it from the other hook. When your done rinsing it out hang it upside down to dry.

The bag arrived with a very strong chemical rubber smell, similar to new tires. Warm water in the bag turned blue from the dye. I guess it could make an OK hot water bottle if the smell dissipates, but it is not suitable for its intended use. The fine print on the box states “sold as an adult novelty only”. Buyer beware.
